Don is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland, Baltimore. Don’s DPT education brought him to Tennessee where he met his now wife, Jesse, and they lived in Nashville for 5 years. Jesse and Don were blessed with their daughter in 2020–a sweet baby girl named Evelyn who loves to explore and play. With Jesse’s family in Winston, and Don’s family in the Maryland area, they decided to make the move to Winston so Evelyn could grow up with more time with her family. Don has a passion for movement and health. He has been certified as a strengthening and conditioning specialist the past 9 years and has taught as a kung fu instructor the past 15 years. Don is excited to be serving Winston-Salem, to help people keep doing what they love, living a life well-lived!
