Join our team at Chandler Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab as a physical therapy intern. This position offers observation hours and work experience for students interested in the field of physical therapy.

Responsibilities include:

1. Observation of licensed physical therapists
2. Learning about and understanding use of different exercises and modalities offered to patients (ie. Heat, ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction, iontophoresis, blood flow restriction)
3. Gaining knowledge about different types of rehab equipment
4. Instructing and motivating patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
5. Changing linens
6. Understanding our system for scheduling patients

Ideal candidate would have 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience, strong manual therapy skills, have a passion of living out our mission and vision and an eagerness to be a team player.
